Within six months after graduating, 92% of F&M's Class of 2025 were employed or furthering their studies. This is higher than the national average, which is typically in the mid-80% range. In their early careers, our graduates earn a median $76,124 鈥� $20,000 higher than the four-year college midpoint. Our graduates also are at the top of their industries, demonstrating the distinct and measurable advantage of their four years at F&M.
