F&M Celebrates Midyear Graduates
The campus community gathered Dec. 9 to celebrate 24 students at Franklin & Marshall鈥檚 midyear completion recognition and reception.
Held in the Roschel Performing Arts Center, the ceremony recognized students who finished academic requirements ahead of their cohort, or completed an extra term. Students who finalized requirements by Jan. 31 are counted as members of the Class of 2026 and invited to participate in the upcoming Commencement ceremony May 9.
As names were announced, F&M President Andy Rich personally congratulated each student as they walked across the Roschel stage to emphatic applause.
鈥淎n F&M degree can take you anywhere,鈥 Rich said.
鈥淵ou know how to analyze and solve problems. You know how to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity with resilience and grace. You know how to lead and bring people together across differences,鈥 he said. 鈥淵ou know how to learn 鈥 really learn 鈥 not just to pass a test, but to understand the world and creatively shape it.鈥
